The Residence Club Program:

An exclusive, mountain top residence that offers a worry-free alternative to second home ownership. Through The Residence Club Program, a fractional program, you own a deeded interest with resident privileges in a Villa at Renegade National on top of Renegade Mountain. The Villas offer great vista views and look out over Renegade National, a Championship Golf Course.

How to use the Residence Club:

In purchasing a unit interest at The Residence Club, you receive an undetermined amount of credits to use throughout each year. The Residence Club year is broken up into three segments: Platinum, Gold and Silver, with Platinum being the busiest time of the year and Silver being the slowest. Each time of the year has a different credit value.

The owner can make reservations starting 10 to 12 months out from the date that they would like to reserve a unit. There will be a calendar on the site soon, showing the seasons and the number of credits necessary for each season.

To make a reservation you will call the Registry Collection at a number to be announced soon. Let your concierge know what date you would like to visit. You can book your stay in three increments: the whole week, Thursday to Sunday, or Sunday to Thursday. Your concierge will reserve your stay. You will even be able to order groceries and have them delivered and put away before you arrive.

Your family and your guests will have two rounds of golf a day per bedroom plus cart fees, tennis, swimming and total freedom to look at the beautiful vista views as much as you would like for free.
