The Estates - Single Family Homesites

       All of the lots within The Estates being offered are within the gates of Renegade National, located at the top of Renegade Mountain.

       We have redesigned the lot layout of this area and which once had 73 lots , has now been reduced to approximately 50 lots which will make their size go from 1/2 acre to over 1 & 1/2 acres, surrounded by golf, lakes and vista views that are just fabulous.

       We are currently offering 9 lots in this area at preconstruction and preopening prices. The range in price is $90,000 to $175,000. These lots will all come with water meters ready to hookup at no additional charge. A central sewer system will be available for this area of the development at a fee of $15,000 per lot when completed.        

       In addition to the price reduction on lots in this area, there will be discounts offered with each lot purchase for a golf membership to The Renegade National Golf Club. Some lots will have a golf membership included in the price. All of these lots will have golf and long vista views.

Additional Wooded Lots - Single Family Homesites

       All of these lots are about half way to the top of the mountain and are tucked away in the trees for additional seclusion. Prices on these lots range from $40,000 to $70,000 each and are approximately 1/2 to 1 acre in size.
